Dear Cat People is a monthly mail club for cat people. Early members are joining a $12/month subscription for the first Dear Cat People envelope and future mailings unless canceled.

The first envelope is expected to include an intro postcard card, a heartfelt Dear Cat People letter, and cat-related artwork and stickers we’ve designed. Final contents may vary slightly as we put the mailing together.

We are planning to send the first Dear Cat People envelope on August 30. Shipping timelines may vary depending on production, mailing conditions, and delivery location.

Orders placed on or before the 10th of a month are generally included in that month’s mailing cycle. Orders placed after the 10th are included in the following month’s cycle.

Early members start at $12/month. After the first mailing, members may have the option to upgrade to an annual membership equivalent to $10/month. Customers will be charged on the 25th day of each month.

The first charge for new members is scheduled for August 25 for the first mailing shipping August 30. You are not charged at checkout. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the scheduled billing date.

Prices may change in the future, but any changes to your current subscription will be communicated before they take effect.

On the $12/month pricing option, you can cancel anytime before you are charged. After canceling, you will not be charged for future mailings.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right. Because Dear Cat People is a small physical mail product prepared in limited batches, refunds may not be available once a mailing has been prepared or shipped.

Dear Cat People currently ships to U.S. addresses only unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an envelope is returned or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, we may not be able to resend it without an additional shipping charge.

Dear Cat People is still new, and we may adjust the format, contents, timing, or details of future mailings as we learn what members enjoy most.
